Do Ferrets Make Good Pets?

Question

I've always wanted one, but I just never put any thought or action behind it. And now that I have a little freedom from my mom I'm just thinking about some pets I can get.

So, are they any good? Pros? Cons? Are they hard to keep up? Do they smell? I don't need a care sheet I just want to know what owners of ferrets have to say about them. Should I get one?

they are very intelligent creatures.They make very good pets.I have 1 ferret her name is isabelle (Izzy for short).She is very cute!Mine is not stinky.They are pretty easy to take care of........ if you have a big cage for them!
