Do Filipinos need a transit visa in Mexico for Costa Rica?

The destination is Costa Rica but im aware that to go to Costa Rica is to either via US or Mexico. Since it's not allowed to transit anymore in US then Mexico was the closest option i got.

any opinion if I would need a transit visa on both Japan and Mexico even if it's just a layover of not more than 24hours?

The best is to ask to the mexican embassy if you need some Visa.

Some people along the continent need visas.
