Do Germans really shoot you?

In high school I had this teacher that traveled Europe and hit on teen girls. Anyway he said that if you stepped or walked on the grass in Germany you get shot.

Is that true?

  1. We're not even allowed to carry guns. So noone will shoot you.

But one thing is true; Germans love signs. Try practicing this:

"He, junges Fräulein! Sie dürfen hier nicht über den Rasen laufen! Wo kämen wir denn da hin, wenn das jeder machen würde? Kommen Sie her, oder ich rufe die Polizei!"

("Hey, young miss! You are not allowed to walk on the meadow here! Where would it lead us if everyone did that? Come along, or I'll call the police!")

  2. Not shot, but yelled at ........ if they see what you are doing.

German people are very picky to keep their lawn nice and clean.

...... you will also get yelled at if you stop in front of a person's garage for a sec. and this is no joke!

  3. No.

  4. Nope, but it's just as rude to walk around on someone's lawn as it is in the U.S. or most any other country.  If you're walking about, stick to paths.  On a nice day there's enough Germans around you going for a stroll or walking their dogs or skating or biking along the same paths anyway.  Either way, no one's going to shoot you.

  5. You're FAR more likely to be shot in the U.S. than in Germany.

  6. I haven't been shot yet.

  7. ?????

you can't buy a gun in germany, you can't carry a gun in germany, the police is powerless.

nobody get shot in germany for anything.

even in singapore nothing like this happend.
