Do HDTV's use coaxial antenna cable?

Just wanna know. I'm thinking about trying to get one and I want to be sure I will be able to watch tv and not only be able to play PS3; so please help!!!!!

  1. By Definition a HDTV is required to have a Digital TV tuner- which means it will have an RF (Coax) Input.

    However, if you buy an HD Ready TV, that does not have a tuner.


  2. Yes they do, you can view your regular channels through your roof aerial on a HDTV, to watch Hi-def channels you will have to invest in a freesat box or Sky.
