Do HTC Libra 100(S720) and Vox(S710) have the same battery?Where can I find S720 battery?(ebay do not have)?

I bought a HTC Libra 100 S720 Working with Bell network from my friend. But it does not have the battery. So I have to buy it. Unfortunately, I found that there's no one provide this type of battery.
