No, hippos have as much chance of farting out of their mouth as a cow, or a human for that matter.  They do sometimes however make noises that I guess kinda sound like farts when they're socialising.

k first off your dad is teasing you.  second off there are search engines that you can use to look up hippo.  Third not that do not f**t out of there mouth.  fourth that make noises that may sound like farts are coming from there mouths but there isn't any at all
