What?  Why would anyone ask about this?  

That is like asking if Greeks, or Italians get tan.  

OF course they do.  Some just have a little more pigment in their skin that reacts to UV rays   than say a Swede or Englishman does.

I know very fair skinned people who do not tan at all.  They get sunburned at times but to lay out...doesn't happen all they do is get overheated.

Only if they can find shoes or clothes in that color. If you are referring to skin shade why not?

My Daughter is half Hungarian, half Irish and she gets very tan.

My stepfamily is Hungarian.  Yes, they can get tan.  (But most of hte time it's reddish :P)
