  1. the theory is that they're good to practice in because they force you to use plyotemics when rebounding and jumping (jumpsoles)

    but this is alot better.  every time i post it, i get best answer.

    choose not to give it best, i'm only trying to make you better

    i've seen some good results with this:

    wall sits

    regular jumping

    net touches

    squats/hands on head

    '', hands in front

    squats holding a weight plate

    squats with bar behind head

    ankle weights with jump rope

    tip toe raises

    power rebounds

    palms on ceiling

    i found most of this online

    Don't trust that.

    Its just a waste of money.

    Just excercise daily and drink milk.

    -Helps you get taller and stronger.

    Excercise Tip:

    Go up and down on your toes for a long time without

    Your heels touching the ground.

    That increased my vertical leap about 5 inches.
