No, It does not come with a Wii Speak. Or should I say, it officially does not come with a Wii Speak if you buy it directly from Nintendo, such as Nintendo World in NY.

But, some stores may sell it with it for a high price. The MSRP said right now is $49.99 for the game and $30 for the Wii speak.

No, I doesn't come with the game. In a recent interview with gameinformer magazine, they said that they would be sold separately.
