  1. Not likely since your pancreas is on the left side of your body under your lower ribs.  Your liver however is located under your ribs on the right side as is your gallbladder.   I would get an ultrasound to see if you have gallstones.  Diverticulitis or colitis (infection in the colon) can also be an option.  Have your LFT and ALT ordered for labs to see liver function.  But cancer of pancreas would be doubtfull.

  2. You don't believe the doctors and the test results?

But you want answers from strangers who have nothing to go on but a simple description .

Doctors have years of schooling and experience.  They might be able to give you a better answer than someone who has had no medical training and can't even see you.

  3. What is the pancreas?

The pancreas is a spongy, tube-shaped organ about 6 inches long. It is located in the back of the abdomen, behind the stomach. The head of the pancreas is on the right side of the abdomen. It is connected to the duodenum, the upper end of the small intestine. The narrow end of the pancreas, called the tail, extends to the left side of the body.

The pancreas makes pancreatic juices and hormones, including insulin. Pancreatic juices, also called enzymes, help digest food in the small intestine. Insulin controls the amount of sugar in the blood. Both enzymes and hormones are needed to keep the body working right.
