I just bought this product from Pro Power: http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/3029473/c_1/1%7Ccat_10199392%7CNutrition%7C11021360/Trail/searchtext%3EPRO+POWER.htm and on the back of the packaging it doesn't say whether I should add water to my creatine powder. This is what the instructions read:Take 1 teaspoon (3-5g) of PURE CREATINE 30-45 minutes prior to your workout on an empty stomach. recommeneded daily allowance: 3-5g. Do not exceed recommneded daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as subsitute for a varied diet.So it doesn't explain what I have to do. Do I just eat some powder? It sound weird, if anyone can help I would greatly appreciate that, thanks again.
