  1. You should file a workers compensation claim at the company. Unless there is a dispute, you should not need an attorney.

  2. I think all you can get is your Doctor bill paid and that's it, The store is allow reasonable time to clean a spill once it is reported, A customer has the responsibility to be aware of their surroundings and to watch their step in a normal environment. Now if the light fixture fell and hit them, then you would have a case, but common spill are just as much your responsibility as the store, but the store will pay for medical bills and that's it.You might make a claim on your accident or auto insurance. You can always call a lawyer for anything,

  3. Call your doctor first and get healed.  Call a lawyer who specializes in personal injury.  A few things need to be cleared up first.  Who owned the premises where you fell?  Whoever was in charge of the premises is the one you sue.  However to establish liability you must prove that the person in charge of the premises had notice that there was a water hazard and had failed to clean it up,  so i hope you have witnesses to establish this.  If this happened at the place of business, then you can receive worker's compensation.  It all depends on the details of your accident.
