Do I dilute comfrey liquid or use it straight?

I made some comfrey liquid in a big bucket with a few handfuls of leaves. Do I put it straight on the soil under my tomatoes, or do I need to dilute it first?

Just put a cupful of the liquid on now.  You don't need much.

You can dilute later but now only
