Question:

Do I drink too much coke?

I'm worried that I drink too much coke, after all the bad publicity it gets about caffeine. I probably drink about 2 pints of proper Coca cola (not diet or anything) on average a week when I'm at school, but maybe one or two a day in the holidays. I hardly ever drink coffee.

I don't like diet coke or coke zero. How much can I safely drink a week without the caffeine having a harmful effect on my body?

  1. That is a lot of Cola. I'm advising that you cut down on cola and start to drink juices. Caffiene can stump your height if you don't know that, and the chances of you being diagnosed with osteoporosis soon is very high. Cola also contains an ingredient that is used in tars for the road and driveways. Hope this decreases your appetite for Cola. No offense, but it's for your own good. =D

  2. I would worry more about the high fructose corn syrup and what it does to the calcium in your bones rather than simple caffeine.  I gave up soda for Lent and I've felt so much healthier since I switched to water!

  3. I'm not even worried about the caffeine so much as all that sugar and carbon you're taking in.  At that rate you're completely rotting your teeth and guaranteeing yourself to gain a couple of pounds a year due only to the soda.

  4. there are a lot of drinks out there that taste like soda but it is a water. try those.

  5. Yeah i think you need to cut down a lot on soda!!! Especially for your teeth!!!

  6. Too Much coke is bad news try a better drink instead.
