I'm worried that I drink too much coke, after all the bad publicity it gets about caffeine. I probably drink about 2 pints of proper Coca cola (not diet or anything) on average a week when I'm at school, but maybe one or two a day in the holidays. I hardly ever drink coffee.I don't like diet coke or coke zero. How much can I safely drink a week without the caffeine having a harmful effect on my body?
