For breakfast I eat one of the following:-Cheerios-Bran Flakes-Corn Flakes-Rice Crispies-WeetabixFor Lunch I have either a tuna sandwhich or cheese flan with an ice bun. And I normally have a hot chocolate or a cup of tea aswellWhen i get home I have a bowl of cereals.Then a couple of hours late I have dinner which consists a meat or fish and about 3+ different veggies and we always have potatoes.I don't exercise too often only in P.E lessons and every now and then outside of school, I am 15 now. Is evrything Ok for me?
