  1. If you don't have enough money to prove that you will not depend on the government (or the US public for that matter) during your stay, that you may not cut but halt your dreams for some time. Yes it requires a lot of money to stay in US and its very essential in determining whether you can visit the US.

  2. It is extremely difficult to obtain a tourist visa into the USA if you are poor.  The reason for this is that so many come into this country, find jobs (this is illegal), then sort of "lose themselves" prior to the time that their visa expires.  This has always been true but lately it has been made even more difficult because of the terrorism thing.

  3. I would encourage you to see the USA. Any travel is good knowledge.

Some countries do not automatically have a 90-day tourist visa to USA. Like Germany and France citizens, they have no visa to visit, they use their passport only.

See the link below for the US government information. And, be careful about the other websites that promise to take your money, they look like the US government web pages, but they are not.

  4. Visit the US department of state's website

  5. I'm sorry to say that you have strikes against you already. In order for you to get a tourist visa you need to show ownership of a home, a bank account with enough funds to pay for your trip with extra to cover getting back, a stable job with a letter from the employer stating you can leave and when you return you'll have a job. So you being a "single" person is a big problem as you become a flight risk and you also need enough assets that would make it a loss instead of a grain if you didn't return.
