In Maryland, USA, Prince George's County law enforcement officers, suspecting that - I hope you're sitting down - mary-wanna was being smuggled into their county via FedEx, burst into the home of a city mayor, KILLED his two pet dogs, and handcuffed him and his mother in law before roughly bringing them to jail?

Oh... today, the county police "cleared" the mayor and his mother in law of any wrong doing and "expressed regret" for killing their family pets and terrorising a law-abiding family.

AMERICA, you've let your country come to this? Police SWAT teams shooting first and serving warrants or asking questions later?

This is sadly very serious stuff and I wasn't smirking at all, I know for a fact that we're in the same boat over here as you are over there, sometimes I look at it all and feel as if I'm actually living inside one of those sci fi films like the Running Man where actuality is manipulated for the ends of those in power, then I take a closer look and see that it is a reality and happening here and now.  They'll be having us eat Soylent Green next.

I'm not shocked that they did it, I'm shocked that it was a politician they did it to. I always assumed that they were immune from the shocking amount of rights-violations that the average American recieved.
