  1. Do you really want to do that over that measly pittance and also s***w up your credit ratings forever? Not worth it.

  2. Um no, you go in debt and you get fined for DOUBLE the amount of the money you have to pay and if you don't pay it yes you can go to jail and then your credit rating is messed up for the rest of your life and you wont even be able to be approved for a loan or a morgage for a house you wont be able to finance a car, or take out a student loan for school. You would be pretty much screwed and if you don't pay the money. They charge LATE FEES the bank which are like double of what you have to pay and  then you get fined and you will have to deal with the courts and end up paying like a million dollars in bills just for 4,000 or w.e the case is idk how to explain it the right way. But obviously you can't fool the law if it was that simple don't you think everyone would be doign it?

  3. No but you will ruin your credit which will stop you from getting anything real in life......like a car, house, etc.

it might not seem like a big deal now but when you are older....

  4. No you wouldn't go to jail.  The credit card companies gave you the credit cards - with a credit limit - on good faith that you would pay back.  You actually had to sign an agreement that you would pay back anything you borrowed.

You will seriously ruin your credit rating. You will be sent to 4 collection agencies, you won't be able to get a loan for college, finance a car, get another credit card, buy a house down the road....... and COULD ruin your chances at landing that dream job...every employer has the opportunity to run a credit report on you.  Why should they hire someone that can't handle their finances - if you can't be trusted with that, you can't be trusted with much else in life.

  5. What do you need $4000. for that bad, that you would consider messing up your credit. Maybe we can find another solution to your problem if we know what it is.

  6. It is a possibility so i would really reconsider it if you are actually thinking about it

  7. I doubt you would go to jail.

But the money you owe would accrue interest, and lots of it.  This would go on your credit history, and if you ever go for a loan anywhere they would do a background check, and if they see you are a bad debt they will not loan you any money.
