Do I have ADD or ADHD?

I have so much trouble focusing at school. Like one minute I'l be looking at the teacher and the next out the window withought noticing. It's kinda like this mezmerizing state that I never catch myself in. In younger grades I never sat down and would always walk around and I still get up withought really knowing why in the middle of class. I also have been told I constantly talk and I tend to interupt quite a bit withought being able to control what I do.

We cannot tell you the answer to this question. The only person that can diagnose it is a doctor. If you are worried about it, get a parent to take you to the doctor.

it depends on wether you are fidgity and hyper. If you are then it might be ADHD. If not, you only have ADD.

I have ADHD. Only a doctor can diagnose it. It's not too bad once you get med to help you focus( if you have it) good luck.
