  1. My Mom was really bad with OCD.  So bad that she had to see a therapist and Psychiatrist.  She has made some remakable improvement after this treatment.  They prescribed an anti-depressant for her which is the medication most used for people with OCD.  So it must derive from some sort of depressive disorder.  The earlier you seek treatment the better.

  2. See your doctor darling - its okay. It may well pass, or it might need long term meds - but your life shouldn't be lived like this, ok? Its fine to think about things allot, or in depth, but if its taking over.........seek help

    Much love sarah x

  3. Go see a professional. There are wonderful treatments that will make you feel better, but you need to ask someone who is trained in this field, instead of asking a bunch of strangers.   Take care of yourself, and find a doctor to help you out.

  4. Like others have answered I would seek help from a professional. These behaviors are harmful when they take control of your life and/or behavior and start to affective other areas in your life in a negative way.

I have been through similar things with these kinds of thoughts. I have greatly improved since seeking help.I have learned that when we feel out of control in different areas of our lives we seek ways we can be in control.

Don't be critical of yourself! Treating yourself (mind and body) well is key to overcoming these kinds of behavior. Good Luck!

  5. it seems like you have a minor case. i have ocd too and some of your symptoms, i have experienced myself, like imagining movies and stuff. sometimes i would write things over and over again until im satisfied, but you'll have to see a doctor to know for sure.
