Do I have a Lawsuit?

i am in the middle of a forclosure with one of my mortgage company's. i have been with a consumer credit corp to help me with my debt and they have been great. they got one mortgage comp caught up but we have been fighting the other for months now. they have refused 2 large payments and keep ignoring request that have been made to get reinstatment figure sheets from thier attorney's. they tried for a month and a half with no success. CCC had faxed them 6 times an authorization sheet to talk to them on my behalf and each time they claim they haven't got it. the last time we spoke to them that person told us they did get the faxes but each one was incorrect but they didn't let us know and it seems that they are purposly delaying it so they can foreclose. they refuse to help or work with me or CCC. i am at my ends wit with them. i just need to know with all c**p and delaying they have been doing to me and CCC do i have a law suit?

GET A HOLD OF CCC...THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO HELP YOU...Also send "return receipt requested"...when you mail anything to them. You can get it at the post office... Be sure and keep a log of them refusing you for the JUDGE...have everything ready for when they take you to court...and they will!!! It does sound PURPOSEFUL that they are delaying...that is bad!!! You just need to stop any foreclousure.

Can you talk to a lawyer and  ask them this simple question?

Yes, you definitely have a lawsuit. Between you and the CCC, you should be able to provide all the documentation to the court that proves that you were trying to pay your debt.  It sounds like they were purposely delaying it so they could foreclose. b******s! Take them to court and make them pay.
