Do I have a Splinter?

Ok so my thumb it seems really sensitive especially come this one specific area I began to think ma bey It's a splinter I looked and I didn't see any thing but it still feels bizzar i don't have a needle I am up to date on my shots and well any ideas on what it might be or how to get it out if it does sound like a splinter? also It's probably if it is a splinter a metal one Iahve shires and one of the handles feel off so it has a place of nothing but unprotected ridged metal.

yes it sounds like you do, try some tweezers to get it out!
