I wrote a theme song for the 96 Atlanta games called "One World One Flag". The lead choreographer (an acquaintance) wanted to use my pice as the main theme. The piece was not used. However; the title was broadcast across the world via Olympic Committee(s) and advertising agencies for all of the major supporters, AT&T, McDonalds, UPS and the like. The theme the Chinese selected to use as "One World One Dream". Are there any attorneys out there with the nads to look at this closely and perhaps take it on?

  1. The phrase is not unique enough for a viable court case.  Whomever you sued wouldn't have much difficulty proving he created it without your influence.  Now, if you had written contracts, or such, that might change things.
