Do I have a chance of pregnancy?

Question

9 dpo and BBT chart shows no iplantation dip. Miscarriage in Feb. and on meds for migraines and hyperthyroidism. TTC actively since Feb. Had pinkish/red spotting after intercourse after fertile wk. Intercourse during fertile wk was on 2 days before ovulation and on ovulation as well as a couple of days before and after fertile days. Do you have to have dip on chart for pregnancy to occur? My cycles are always regular. (24-28d and always start in the morning when I awake). My 2nd question-Can I take a pregnancy test today from dollar store(would it not give early result-period due Fri.), or wait til I go to doc tomorrow for F/U appt.(didn't know if their test would be neg too- last time I was preg. the doc office test said neg. and I went out got clear bule easy and another test and they were positive{yes I was pregnant; it was on same day left doc office}. Just don't want to pay all that money if dollar store test will detect pregnancy this early. Just anxious!

Pregnancy test 7 days after a missed or short period for the most accuracy. Too early pregnancy testing can give false results and create confusion. Charting is not always 100% accurate. You are smart to begin sexual intimacy in advance of ovulation. Best wishes, G
