Do I have a fever or is it my cold thats making me feel this way?

I recently got my gallbladder out on wednesday. Before I went for my lap-surgery I had a minor cold (barely starting). My question is i began to have nasty chills and began to get really cold, my muscle aches, I have a headache and feel very weak. Could I have post-op fever or could it be from the cold

Note: my cold got bad after surgery

I think you need to see your doctor right away.  You may have an infection that requires some antibiotics.  Usually a doctor will not even do the surgery if you are getting sick.  You should have told them.  You probably have a cold or something, but you need to see your doctor asap...
