My computer is running normal (not slow).

Mouse isn't moving strangely when i don't move it.

I have AVG free antivirus and Zonealarm

Okay, I was going to facebook and then it just went to google.com when i hit enter. I might have clicked on something for it to go to there, but i don't think that i did. But like i said, there is no random mouse moving and that was the only strange thing. Would the computer be moving slow if i did have a hacker? I'm sure I'm just paranoid, but I know a hacker's nothing to not be serious about. Would random things pop up if i did have a hacker?

  1. nobody can control your computer but you, and no, you dont have a hacker.

  2. ask a doctor

  3. nope, that has happened before

it's probably just that you have an older or less i dunno, something, computer

    =P

    but you're good

  4. no

  5. Install and run:

    Spybot 1.6

    Ad-Aware 2008

You probably do not have someone snooping, but it's hard to say based on your description and experiences so far. Too early in the game.

Run those 2 apps, and it would most likely detect a keylogger or something fishy.

  6. run a full system scan on your computer using your security software.  chances are you typed in the wrong search bar.  in the beggining I used the google or yahoo bar so a lot of info came up. I learned that if I used my internet service bar ie. internet explorer etc. it went straight to the site I wanted to go.

  7. no no no no no no no no no no no

  8. Make sure you don't have any remote access software running in the background (use task manager and check which process are running), and make sure your firewall is up.

  9. no, hackers would much worse things

  10. start>Accessories>System Tools> and then Restore back to the date previous to the problem, then Restart

  11. Use pay software, free software don't do much in protection.  Try if that still happend when u disconnect the internet. Go to site like 2wires.com to check your internet speed, see if is heavy use and check any program running start up, type this  msconfig  in your run menu.
