Do I have a legitmate case or complaint?

Received flyer in mail for car dealership promotion. Prizes were to be given away and no purchase was necessary. One of the prizes was a $300 gas card/voucher. I received what I thought was a card redeemable for $300 in gas. Upon further review the $300 gas card is actually a rebate program. For every $100 in gas youn spend with in a month you get $25 in vouchers. Basically you have to spend $1200 to get $300, plus you have to send in $5 to the company that issues the gas cards. I realize some of you are thinking what is the problem you are getting some money back for gas purchases. The issue is the flyer said no purchase necessary and the flyer did not say you could win $300 in gas rebates it said a $300 gas card/voucher.

You would have to check the FINE PRINT which is always at the bottom of promotions like that.  BE CAREFUL! and Good luck!

Well, it seems there is always a gimmick or catch to every promotion.  If you really want to pursue this, have an attorney look at this.  If you can't afford an attorney, set up an appointment with the local county Judge.  He's an elected official and won't charge you anything for advise.
