I'm always confused about EVERYTHING in my life, I never know if I make the right decisions, if what I do is right, and I will keep thinking about, it becomes an obsession! I tend to be worried a lot, get depressed often, and I get panic attack sometimes (often). I also have rushed thoughts sometimes.

  1. Honey, to me it just sounds like you are HUMAN! I've found that life in general is pretty confusing at times. You can never be sure if what you do is the right decision. You just have to follow your heart and hope that that's how it was meant to be. Before you go to a doctor who will probably diagnose you with a mental disorder no matter what you need to really ask yourself if YOU think you have a mental disorder. I think that there are many people who are mentally unstable but now-a-days it is so over used to explain away personal responsibilty. I should also tell you that most of the time when you get prescribed drugs from a doctor for such a condition it makes you feel like a zombie. It changes who you are which is never a good thing. In some cases medicine can be a life saver but it gets just as overly abused as alcohol and illicit drugs. If you feel that you need to talk to a doctor about it, go do it. Just be sure that that's what you really want before you get yourself marked with a mental disorder for life when you don't need to be.

  10. Its normal to be confused about things in life. I'm not quite sure that it is a mental disorder. It might just be a symptom of guilty or anxiety.

I usually question what I chose is the right decision, so I don't think it's just you alone. Depression may be something to check with your doctor about, because it can turn into something more serious. Also, tell your doctor about the symptoms of panic and worry. They usually can prescribe some antidepressents or something.

    Hope I helped!
