Question:

Do I have a right to marry a second wife? Why or why not?

Under the new marriage rules advocated by sexual liberals, marriage requires only love, and selection of a marriage partner should not be subject to eligibility requirements (one, single, consenting, adult, non-relative, and opposite s*x). If I fall in love with a second woman, don't I have an equal right to take her as my second wife?

  1. You poor thing.  What, you can't handle marriage requirements?  Obviously not if you can't handle one woman.  You're not a man if you can't make one woman happy and have a great marriage.

Go do what you want to do and eventually you'll lose everything, because if you can't handle one woman, how the h**l are you going to handle two?

  2. Polyamory and poligamy work for some, so long as all partners are comfortable with it and concenting then personally I see no problems with it. However, the law may take a different stance

  3. Bigamy is not legal any where in the United States. The US does not recognize multiple marriages from other countries that do. So the answer very simply is NO.

  4. there are laws for a reason. so no, you do not have a right to take a second wife.

  5. Nope not here in the usa! It is not legal to have more then one wife!

  6. Yeah, I would say not if you want to keep the first. Good luck with that one.

  7. No. Why? It's illegal.

  8. wtf. one wifr is plenty!

    you cant satisfy the unsatisfiable.

  9. hahaha you wish...marriage is one woman one man...united as one..

not two wives and one man...

    sorry

  10. Nope. Polygamy is not legal.

  11. not really dude.

and why would you wan2 marry a second woman??

isnt one marriage already a pain in the A.. enough??

    what's wrong with you!!

  12. I personally don't care how many spouses you have, of either s*x. Consenting adults should be able to marry other consenting adults...s*x or number shouldn't be an issue (there's simply no logical reason for it).

If the gov't were smart (LOL! Good joke, I know) they'd figure a way to tax these less 'traditional' marriages and make some extra money.

  13. I don't care about "sexual liberal" mumbo jumbo, it's still illegal. It's called polygamy and is punishible by law. You can only take a second wife after you divorce the first one. If your first wife would have any common sense she'd leave you if you even brought the idea up. Ha, but that's just me, call me old fashioned.

  14. Only if she is an idiot and doesn't mind playing second fiddle.

  15. No, you do not.  Here's why.

Marriage is a mating relationship, that is, a relationship between a man and a woman. Other mating relationships include cohabitation, hooking up, and polygamy.

The problem with the mating alternatives to marriage is that they put children at risk.  Children will be conceived in any mating relationship, but only in marriage do children get a fighting chance for a stable, nurturing, educating home during the two-decade immaturity that characterizes human young.

Polygamy, for example, rejects the sexual exclusivity of marriage, with consequent jealousy (which is well justified).  A member of a harem is not a true wife, for she does not receive her husband's undivided and exclusive love.

Sexual liberals are quite wrong in opposing eligibility requirements for marriage.  Only a single, unmarried, consenting adult non-relative of the opposite s*x can function as an exclusive permanent mating partner.

The current liberal fixation on same-s*x "marriage" tries to honor non-mating relationships of sexual profligacy as marriage.  To do so requires a redefinition of marriage to mean "any permanent relationship."  Faced with a greatly degraded idea of marriage, many more couples are choosing cohabitation over marriage, and that places many more children at risk of being raised by a single parent.

    Cheers,

  16. Not in the USA you don't have that right....would you allow your wife to marry another man that she just happened to fall in love with while married to you?  Let me guess....This right should only be reserved for men huh?

  17. If I can get a second husband, then sure you can.

  18. Hypothetical question you're asking concerning the "new marriage rules advocated by sexual liberals."  Under their rules?  Yes.  But here in America, "sexual liberals" have no jurisdiction in this area of law.  So I'd say no.

  19. yes.. if you live the country allows you  to have 2 wives...

can you afford second wife..??? it will cost you...

  20. I have no idea, your question however does make me wonder whether I have ever been in bed with a true sexual liberal.
