Im 5 10, 165. And during most of my life, i've never had to workout at all, yet i was always muscular, powerful. I started lifting weights at 11 for maybe a couple months, and then when i found out that it "stunts" your growth, i haven't lifted a weight since, TILL this june , where i've started on 125 pounds, i was benching that . i started at 10, in a couple days i was already at 15, then after that i was at 20, i was doing during the whole day, 10 sets of 20. And it was fairly easy, so i got new weights, I moved up to 175,
Day Max lift
1 4
2 5
3 5
4 5
5 7
6 7
7 9
8 10
And now i can do ten, yet my brother who is a inch shorter and ten pounds lighter , is still on five, and struggles, my whole life i've always done things that nobody thought, is there some sort of muscle adaption gene , because if i do sit ups monday, i have solid abs by wednesday, 30 push ups friday , 35 saturday, its always been so easy. is this natural?
