Do I have any course of action against this business?

I received a pamplet from the BBB that was for a cheap vacation. I had to pay $50 to sign up for the vacation and pay another $100 later, within a year.

When I paid the $50, I got a confirmation code and they mailed me a different signup sheet to register again.

I lost this sign up sheet. I emailed the company and they sent me a simple email that stated something like it costs them $50 dollars to mail out the packets and my vacation is forfeit (despite me having the confirmation code I received before I received the mailer). They will not respond to any further emails and there is no phone number anywhere.

Is there anything I can do about this?

Check the terms and conditions if you can find them, report them to trading standards and your police department.
