i had problems sleeping since elementary school. I usually go to bed at 9 pm and sleep at 12 am. I have a fan in my room so i won't sweat. I try reading books at night and drinking hot chocolate and stuff but it doesn't work. and feeling really sleepy is rare but it's always messed up by either food or exercise. I do get up at some unusual time like 3 am or 5, but i am able to sleep again after that. I'm not really sure but I'm sure these are signs of insomnia.
