Do I have locked jaw? Is it possible to only have your left side locked? Anyway to make it go away?

I was chewing gum and then my left side of my jaw starts to hurt really bad and then later i can barely open, move and chew. i could open it a little but the pain is too unbearable.

you can have unilateral TMJ problem, stop chewing gum & give rest to your jaws.

this could be your wisdom teeth coming in or it could be TMJ problems... go see a dentist
