Question:

Do I have low blood pressure? Lower than normal readings?

I take my own blood pressure at home and I did a blood pressure reading this morning that measured 99/66 and then again this evening and it measured 95/61. Is this considered normal or too low?

I have also been suffering from a lot of headaches, feel really cold and fatigue. Could any of these things be related to the low blood pressure?

  1. It is on the low side. If I were you with those symptoms I'd have my thyroid gland checked. You could have an under active thyroid a condition easily corrected with medication.

  2. You have GREAT blood pressure.  Everyone is different, as long as you are not dizzy or lightheaded you are fine.  My blood pressure runs in the 80's sometimes.

  3. I've been diagnosed with hypotension (low blood pressure) which normally reads @70-80/50 for me.

And I'm ALWAYS cold especially my hands and feet which is normal with low blood pressure because the blood is not being taken to those extremedies enough to keep warmth in.

I don't know about the headaches though, try drinking some water, you might be dehydrated.

I would go to the doctor though to be tested for other illnesses such as Mono, thyroid disease, etc before it is determined that you just have low blood pressure.
