I am really tired all the time lately. I am in good shape, eat well balanced nutrition, get at least 8 hours a night of sleep, and am active throughout the day. I am trying hard to play tennis well, but it is frustrating that I can't find it in me to run down balls, jump, and move my feet like I could a week ago. I wonder if something could be wrong with me mentally, like my attitude. Its just frustrating that I have no energy and I try really hard not to be lazy. I really appreciate your help.

  1. Go to your physician and get checked out. it is possible to have mono. Mono is caused by the Epstein-Barr virus and no one knows how you get it. I was diagnosed with this virus in my early 20s. it was a chore to live basically because the fatigue was horrible. I was given Zovirax and high doses of vitamin C and told to get plenty of rest. Over the years i continued to suffer from Chronic fatigue. I worked a full time job with a lot of overtime in a factory and struggled all the way through. Just four years ago I was finally diagnosed with SLE-lupus. No one knows how you develop that either. The point is do something now before your body suffers irreparable damage. You should have bloodwork regardless of whether it is mono anyway to find out the real problem.

  2. Begin a quality daily Vitamin B-Complex tablet ;

  3. It sounds like you are doing everything right. The only way to tell if you have mono is to go to a doctor. They'll do a couple tests or w/e and tell you. My friend had it a while ago, as a result of a sickness. She's over it now though
