I would say a little of both. Your face is very clean shaven and soft-looking but your upper body, like your shoulders, looks slightly muscular and not thin. It's a good look though :)

It's your style, the emo/scene - ish style, clean shaven, long ish hair, I have it too. It gives you a sort of non-s*x/gender look if you get me, you have none of the "manly" stubble and short hair. It's a clean simple look.
