i kind of focused on the rain and the rain stopped shortly after than i focused some more on the sun and the clouds lit up then I let it go and it has gotten darker i have done a lot of memory exercise in my life.

Its weird, but the more I concentrate on certain possible events, the more they occur...

Sometimes Its freaky, but its cool changing the weather etc.

No you probably don't. Rain will always stop and your eyes get used to the dark, what's most likely happening is that you're only paying attention to the events that seem to work in your favor and forgetting when things don't. This is a common error called "confirmation bias."
