Do I have the chance to win?

I got a traffic ticket last month, because I made an "inapporiate u turn" at local. I will go to court for this.

Actually at that moment all the cars stopped, I thought may be there were an accident or construction. And also 2 cars, just ahread of me made u turns, thus I followed them without any consideration after no cars surely coming from the other way. If I were guilty , I have to pay the ticket and also got 3 points for this. I really do not want this . This is my first ticket. Could anybody kindly give me some advice how I will say in court may help me to waive that ticket, at least no points. Thanks you so much!

You will have to pay the ticket. You violated the law -- it doesn't matter that two other cars did it too.

Ask the judge if there is an option for you to take a driving course to restore your points.
