Right now, I would say that you don't have potential to be a model.  But, don't get me wrong, I think that you are too young to tell. Once you have matured a bit, maybe just maybe you will.  For now, you are an attractive young lady.

Well, you could model- but for like, JC Penny, maybe Alloy magazine (teen catalog). You could do catalog work.

Your face is too plain. Victoria Secret is one of the only modeling agencies ever that will take a face over a body (hence why, although tall and skinny, a lot of those girls have great, very naturally sensual faces). Actually, a few of those models aren't even really skinny, like Adrianna Lima, she's one of the most successful and one of the biggest models they have being a normal size of probably a 6.

A lot of other agenceis, like Janice Dickenson, Chanel, MAC, and even girls on shows like ANTM- a lot of those girls aren't really pretty faced. They're faces are usually very unique, some even being not very pretty at all.

What they're really looking for is height, if you're under 5'7 a catalog magazine won't accept you and if you're under 5'9 or 5'10 most other agencies won't like you.

You should probably include your height in your additional details.

A successful model is photogenic, even if they aren't pretty.

Are tall, and slim and have a certain je ne seis quas (i don't think that's right) or a certain something about you.

If you're meant to be a model, you will be scouted. Most of the successful models in the modeling world are scouted, from the great names of Twiggy (who used to cut hair before she was found), to Heidi Klum (who was working at a grocery store). Believe it or not, modeling scouts are everywhere.

But if you want to try and get a career started, you should look into a few amatuer agencies like John Casa Blanca, or Barbizan. Get a portfolio together.

EDIT: Well, i think you can be a model. You have the looks for it, you are obviously pretty but you need to enchant your beauty a bit more. Show it more is what i mean. your hair is lovely and you have a nice smile. When you lose the braces whiten your teeth more. Eyeliner and mascara would help enchant your beauty, and make wear a little bit more foundation. Overall i think you have potential..
