  1. No, you cannot. Go have your kid in your own country so we don't have to pay for it. We have quite enough "anchor babies" running around this country on our dollar.

  2. You have to go about it the legal way, and whatever the law allows that's all you will get.

  3. why not visit the country of your origin for the birth of your child so that hubby can be there....then when the child is old enough and all the paperwork is completed for your hubby....everyone can return...that way the child is not without the father.

  4. Why don't you go back to your own country where you came from, that would solve alot of your problems.

  5. No you can't sorry! Most likely you want your child to be a US citizen so, you will have to make a video send it to him and bare as much as you can. Go back to your country when the child is 2 months, and stay until the father gets his paperwork.

  6. He must be here if you are pregnant with his child.  He can attend the birth if he is here but you can't rush his papers for him. I know people who have been going through the process for eight years, wait in line like everyone else.

  7. no you cant. you need to apply for a visa which takes up to 1 year

  8. TTC#1 I think your answer is cruel and you sound like you think you are superior to minorities.
