  1. The fashion in Ireland is way better than US. We are way ahead of US. So yes bring nice clothes, for dining or having a drink at the weekend.

  2. Dressy? Depends on whether or not you're planning on going to the opera and /or classy restaurants.

You can wear jeans, nice trousers, nice tops, nice skirts ... but you would be well advised to bring good, rainproof shoes and a rain jacket, and to dress in layers as the weather is inclined to be a bit unpredictable.

  3. bring warm clothes & plenty of money

  4. Bring six dresses and 5 white socks... The customs wont let you through without them

  5. Yes bring dressy clothes...people dont go around ireland wearing rags, its a very fashionable place

  6. Bring a raincoat! Something to keep the wind out and plenty of casual stuff. Leave room in your case for a big jumper from Avoca!

  7. believe it or not women dont go around in old shawls fashion here is as up to date as any where march is a strange month here warm one day baltic the next that is where the phrase you can get the 4 seasons in one day comes from lol

  8. It depends where you will be going, yes people dress up going to the pub and stuff in the evenings. Bring plenty of money cos Ireland is quite expensive. If you are changing dollars to euro it will cost you a fortune at the current exchange rate! Enjoy your trip anyway, come to my house for tea!!!
