Everything including the subscription package/price except for the lines/coax unless it's really outdated.

If you have satellite you will have to upgrade both the receiver and the dish.  We recently upgraded to HD on Dish and they brought out a 722 and a Dish 1000.2 dish.  The dish itself is only a couple of inches larger than our old one because it picks up another satellite orbital.  

If you are upgraded with Dish Network, I would get a 722.  That receiver rocks!  My wife and I both love how easy it is to use the DVR and the HD picture stuns everybody when they come over.  My friends all come to my house now to watch the games and fights....
