Do I have to continue to attend school if I've taken the SAT?

I'm a maryland student and I was just wondering if I still have to attend high school?

  1. Yes.  The SAT is only one factor in applying and getting into colleges.  You still need your HS diploma and a decent GPA.


  2. YES. You have to GRADUATE.

  3. Who is making you attend school? What age are you? If below a certain age, then school is compulsory. If above that age, it's up to you.

    Is there some reason you don't want to be in the school you're in? Would you rather be working in a low-skill job? Have fun. Are you being abused at that school? Report it. Is the school not offering the learning you require? Learn more on your own; go to the library; learn from Wikipedia. College not inspiring? Visit one like my Alma Mater, Cornell University, where you can study just about anything. Speaking of college, why would you take an SAT if you weren't going to graduate? Were you taking the SAT just to measure for yourself the limited skill-set it measures?

    Life's what you make it, despite your implied feeling that it is just a bunch of rules. I don't blame you for feeling that way; I blame your schooling, which must have been uninspiring.
