Do I have to disinfect my contact lenses with solution when I take them out of the new pack?

I forgot to ask the doctor and he never told me. On the pack...it says they're sterile, so I was wondering if I have to leave them in a contacts' solution before wearing them for the first time from the new pack? (These are Freshlooks contacts that are in 31% nelfilcon A, 69% water in phosphate-acetate buffered saline) Thanks =)

No, they are completely clean when they cone out of the pack.
