I'm 17, live in Ohio and have my permit but not my liscense. To drive, do I have to drive with a parent/guardian or can it just be an adult(someone over 18)?

  1. In michigan the attendee must be at least 21, in the front seat and with the guardians permition


  2. You can drive with anyone 18 and over.  I live in Ohio too btw!

  3. In Colorado it's 21 or over -- any adult.  Call the Department of Vehicles, Licensing, in your state or county.

  4. See the second sentence of Section 2 part D of the link below.  Since you're over 16, it can be any licensed driver over the age of 21 (not 18).  This info is straight from our Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles' website.
