Do I have to enter the Schengener Territory first time in the country where I got the visa from?

I have a visa from Holland (C, Multi Entry) but want to fly to Germany first is that possible? Or do I have to go to Holland first?

The top line of your visa tells where it's valid for.  If it says that it's valid for the Schengen States or for the Netherlands "+1 Transit Schengen" then you can enter Germany first (as long as the Netherlands is your primary destination).
