Hello!

I'm from the UK with a machine readable passport and is planning to go to NY to meet up my boyfriend and stay overnight to catch a plane to Boston the very next day. Then fly back to NY to do some serious shopping! However, do I have to fill in a visa entry form for each trip from UK to NY, NY to Boston and Boston to NY. Sorry for any confusion I may have caused.

  1. You need to fill in a green visa waiver, and this apparently needs to be done 3 days in advance now.

  2. No.  You only need to complete the Immigration form when you enter the USA on the flight from the UK to New York.

Flights between NY and Boston are domestic flights and while everyone has to show ID at check-in & security you don't leave the USA on the trip.

Hope you have a great time!

  3. Don't forget your soul.  They'll be asking for that as you enter the 'Constitution-free' zone, that is the border.
