  1. use paypal its safer...i have one

  2. no you don't you can use a check, c.c., money order it all depends on what the seller accepts for a payment. Paypal may be safer but it will take forever to get your money back if someone trys to scam you. It took me 6 months to get back money from a guy who never shipped my item

  3. Very, very few sellers are able to accept credit cards without going through PayPal.  You may find the odd rare listing where a seller accepts credit cards directly, but in most cases PayPal is the only way to pay a seller using a credit card.

Paying with a credit card through PayPal is the safest way to buy on eBay.  Buyer protection is offered through PayPal, and you also have the ability to issue a chargeback through your credit card company if PayPal can't help (for example if the item you purchased cost more than the level of buyer protection offered on the listing).

  4. No, you don't have to have a Paypal account for eBay.

It's one of the options you could pay.

Paypal is commonly the one you need to pay.

Paypal is safe and secure and you need it for most of the stuff you need to buy the things on eBay.

So answer is No but you can have one.

  5. No you don't got to use paypal it is just safer

  6. No you don't, it is just helful.  It is free however.
