I want to purchase an item on ebay. If i pay with paypal for the item, will paypal change a fee?

  2. No, it's the other way around. The person selling the item has to pay a certain percentage of the selling price to PayPal for using the service.

    If you are buying something it doesn't cost you anything other than what you pay for the item.
