Do I have to pay an extra charge for a hold bag with EasyJet?

I want to book a flight online with EasyJet but I don't understand if the 1 hold bag (max.20kg) is included in the ticket price or I have to pay an extra fee for my baggage.

Can anyone clear this out for me please?

  1. In the booking process you will have your flight selection at the top of the page, followed by the extras -  speedy boarding, baggage, sports equipment, insurance etc.

In the baggage section if it is just one person travelling it will show 1 hold bag already (up to 20kg) with the option of adding extra weight beneath.  If you leave both lines as they are ie. 1 hold bag & 0kg extra and then scroll down you will see the charge for your hold bag.  It will probably be £7.00 each way, depending on your destination.

At the bottom of the page the total cost of your flight will then show with the breakdown of airfare, taxes & charges and hold bag.

    Hope this helps.
